RMS Customer Loyalty Program

This application creates a points, or rewards program within RMS to accumulate redeemable points each time a purchase is made. Please be advised that this is an overview and this application may be modified to meet a stores specific needs.

The way that it currently works is as follows:

• Each inventory item is assigned a certain number of points whish is stored in the inventory table
• When a customer comes in and makes a purchase the points are taken and stuffed into the customer record.
• Next time the customer comes in to make a purchase and is called up in RMS the accumulated points show up in the status window at the top of the screen. When a purchase is made the points accumulated print on the receipt.
• Rules are set up according to the store, regulating how many points must be accumulated before they may be redeemed.
• When the points are redeemed, we automatically deduct the point count in the customer’s record.
• Points will appear in the HTML status bar and print on the receipt
