Now the retail store owner with a web site no longer has to manually enter orders to update inventory.

We have written a web interface to Microsoft Retail Management Systems. Orlando Business solutions has written a web interface so when orders are placed online there is a direct interface to RMS eliminating manual data entry. We have a Shopping cart with the interface ready to go (PDG) or we can write custom applications for existing carts, as long as they are SQL based.

All web orders processed in an SQL shopping cart are imported into RMS

• We check the Customer database and if the customer does not exist they are automatically added.
• We then pull all the line item into each order
• If the credit cards are tendered in the Shopping cart they are processed through RMS, If they are not pre approved, the orders may be processed after the import process.
• After the orders are processed in RMS the inventory is depleted and if desired we can pass the remain quantity in stock back to the website.
